Secure Sharing with External Parties

1. Who can I securely share documents with using DISCLOEZY?

Legal professionals can share documents with opposing counsel, financial experts, or other third parties involved in the case.

2. How do I share documents with someone outside my firm?

From the case workspace, select the documents you want to share and click "Share." You can choose specific files, apply redactions, set an expiration date, and generate a secure link protected by a PIN.

3. Can I choose which documents to share?

Yes. You have full control to select individual documents or share the entire case file, depending on your needs.

4. Is the shared link secure?

Yes. Shared links are encrypted, protected by a PIN, and set to expire after a time you choose—ensuring only intended recipients have access.

5. Can I redact documents before sharing them?

Yes. DISCLOEZY includes a built-in redaction tool, so you can remove sensitive or confidential content before sharing.

6. What does the recipient need to access the documents?

They need both the secure link and the PIN. Without both, the shared content cannot be accessed.

7. Can the recipient download the files?

Yes. The recipient can download documents one at a time or as a ZIP folder, depending on how the files were shared.

8. Can I revoke or change access after sharing?

The access link will automatically expire based on the expiration settings you selected when the link was created. You can generate a new link at any time if further sharing is needed.
