1. What account types does DISCLOEZY offer?

DISCLOEZY offers two types of accounts: Individual and Team.

• The Individual account is for one legal professional and includes full access to all features.

• The Team account allows up to 3 legal professionals to share one account and work together efficiently.

2. What is included in the Team account?

The Team account includes access for 3 users with a 33% discount per user. One user is designated as the Administrator, who can invite team members and manage billing and user access.

3. Can I upgrade from an Individual to a Team account?

Yes. You can upgrade anytime from your account settings or by contacting support. Your billing will automatically adjust to the new plan.

4. Who can invite users in a Team account?

Only the Administrator of the Team account can invite or remove users and manage the subscription.

5. Can I downgrade from a Team account to an Individual account?

No. Downgrading is not currently supported. However, you can cancel your Team account at any time. You will retain full access until the end of your billing period.

6. Is there a difference in features between Individual and Team accounts?

No. Both account types include the same DISCLOEZY features. The key difference is the number of users and the ability to manage a shared workspace.
