What Types of Documents Can Be Uploaded?

1. What file types can clients upload to DISCLOEZY?

Clients can upload commonly used formats such as PDF, JPG, PNG, DOCX, and XLSX. These cover most financial and identity documents needed during disclosure.

2. Are scanned documents accepted?

Yes, scanned documents are accepted. However, the scans must be clear and legible to allow for accurate AI-assisted review.

3. Can clients upload pictures of documents taken with their phone?

Yes. Phone pictures are accepted as long as the image is sharp and readable, so they can be processed correctly by DISCLOEZY’s AI review. Blurry or unclear images may affect review quality.

4. Can large files be uploaded?

Each file must be 10MB or smaller. If your file is larger, we recommend splitting it into smaller parts before uploading.

5. What types of documents are typically requested in a disclosure?

Common examples include: tax returns, pay stubs, bank statements, credit card statements, T4s, and mortgage or loan documents.

6. Can clients upload multiple documents at once?

No. DISCLOEZY allows one document upload per request item to ensure each file is directly linked to a specific question and categorized properly.

7. Are uploaded documents automatically sorted or categorized?

Yes. Documents are categorized automatically based on the disclosure question they are uploaded in response to, keeping everything organized for easy review.
