Booking a Signing Meeting

1. What is the purpose of a signing meeting in DISCLOEZY?

The signing meeting is where the legal professional and client finalize reviewed documents, confirm disclosures, and sign any necessary forms or statements.


2. How do I book a signing meeting with my client?

From the case workspace, click on “Book Signing Meeting”. You’ll be prompted to select a date and time and send an invitation directly to the client.


3. Can I use my own calendar or meeting link?

Yes. You can insert a custom video conferencing link (e.g., Zoom, Teams, Google Meet) when booking the meeting.


4. Does DISCLOEZY send the meeting invite to the client?

Yes. Once you confirm the meeting details, DISCLOEZY sends the invitation to the client’s email with the link and any notes you include.


5. Can I reschedule or cancel a meeting after booking?

Yes. You can update or cancel the meeting through the platform, and the client will automatically be notified.


6. Are documents prepped and ready for review during the meeting?

Yes. You can organize, batch print, or digitally present the documents beforehand, ensuring they’re ready to review during the meeting.


7. Can I book multiple signing meetings for the same client?
