Make It Easier for Clients to Respond
We have streamlined the disclosure gathering process to reduce the time spent requesting, reviewing and following up.
Clients are guided through what they need to provide and can complete applicable disclosure schedules online by default.
They can also have the option to retrieve certain tax and banking documents directly, reducing the need to download documents from one system simply to upload them into another.
The easier it is for clients to respond, the sooner your team can move the file forward.
Disclosure should not become outdated while the matter moves forward.
Keep Financial Disclosure Current
Financial disclosure changes over time. A document that was current when it was collected may no longer be current several weeks later.
DISCLOEZY can now help identify documents that are becoming outdated and prompt clients when updated documents are required.
